Pontus Wärnestål (Ph.D.) is a leading figure in AI and design, with over twenty years of experience in UX and Service Design. With one leg in academia and the other in the industry, Pontus brings a unique perspective to his work, which is highly sought after by clients and institutions all over the world. As an Associate Professor at Halmstad University, Pontus has made significant contributions to the academic community through his research and pedagogical work. His expertise in AI and design has also led him to teach courses and speak at conferences worldwide. Pontus has helped numerous clients across a wide range of sectors to create innovative, user-centered products and services. His deep understanding of design and AI allows him to bridge the gap between these fields. Pontus is the author of the book "Designing AI-Powered Services" (Studentlitteratur, 2022), which is a human-AI-powered (!) translation of the first Swedish book on AI and design called "Design av AI-drivna tjänster" (Studentlitteratur, 2021).
